HP hollow-shaft and outer bracket
Output shaft of the HP hydraulic reduction gearbox is enclosed with the outer cover and bearings to sustain higher radial loads, especially suitable for high dynamics and fast-moving racks or pinions onto the machinery.
- Unique hollow output shaft design, could select the fewer teeth of the pinion, smaller servo motor, achieve the low moment of inertia of start-up and the better economical effects. Operate smoothly and with low noise.
- Pinion is supported by bearings on both sides.
- With the eccentric plate and simplified structure could be adjusted the position of the pinion easily.
- Adopting ground rack and pinion; cumulative pitch error 0.03/1000mm.
- Hardened and ground pinion and rack adopt helical teeth.
- Using high-quality taper roller bearing to strengthen the radial and axial force.
- Agile reaction due to low moment of the inertia.
